He was very friendly, worked quickly and had the problem resolved in quick fashion! He explained what the problem was and how it was fixed. The price for the service was very reasonable too !

Recommended5 Stars Furnace quit working Friday nite and ATCO 24 hour window not acceptable with sick toddler. Went on internet and Furnace Family was one of few with 24/7 service and a very informative useful website. Asked for a fix and Justin called back and arrived on time and fixed the issue. He provided lots of valuable information and showed us how to address this issue. As well he set up for estimate all in the time there. Highly recommended.
