Lennox Furnace Had a furnace installed by Furnace Family simply amazing service from our sales guy who was the most honest of them all I think his name was Dave. The workers were very good and made sure to look after our home. Very happy with Furnace Family.

Lennox Furnace and air conditioning What a great experience from our estimator Jamie to the office ladies that helped me get financed everyone was first class. The installation day came the guys were amazing cleaned up at the end like they were never there. Thanks Furnace Family I will recommend you to all!!

Emergency Furnace fix Needed help on this super cold weekend, called a big company all I got was a call center. Furnace family answered the phone actually spoke to the guy that was coming out. Fixed my furnace and even offered a refund on the job if we bought a new furnace in the next 30 days. Makes this very stress free.

Furnace Maintenance First time I heard of Furnace Family was in 630 CHED. All what they said in the radio station about this company was true. Jeff, their technician, was pleasant and knowledgeable. I got the furnace checked, we are good for the winter.

A/C Install in Beaumont I originally had set up an appointment with a competitor who then refused to acknowledge my existence and confirm the appointment for me so in desperation I started calling around and found Furnace Family. Jamie, the sales guy, is wonderful. He discussed things far beyond his scope with my husband and made recommendations for repair companies for issues outside of our a/c-furnace. Lennox Furnace Replacement Furnace Family was amazing,we got multiple quotes from other companies but Dave the sales guy was very thorough and actually sold us less than we wanted. The installers worked like skilled masters. Our home is now way more comfortable and clean with the better filter we had installed. Great job Furnace Family !
