Furnace and Air conditioning Furnace Family installed a Lennox furnace and AC last week what a great experience. Everyone was profesional and friendly our sales guy Jamie was great very informative and honest on our needs. The day of the job everything was as promised. What an amazing company. Replacement of Furnace We just had our furnace replaced by Furnace Family. Dave took the time to ensure that we understood the process and the costs involved and made the whole transaction very comfortable for us. The installers, Ross and Tyler, were very professional and thorough and completed the job efficiently and effectively. I would recommend Furnace Family to anyone!

Furnace Tune-up I had a tune up maintenance done to my 20 years old furnace. Jeff Rose, the Service Technician, was very friendly and didn't mind all the dumb questions that I asked. He did an amazing job and thank you!

Furnace repair We came home to no heat and tried calling multiple company's and only got voice mail or a pushy call center. Rich answered the phone and came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Great service !!! Highly recommend !!

Furnace Replacement We got a new furnace and AC installed last week what a amazing experience. Dave came out to give us a estimate funny thing we bought a furnace 10 years ago from him when he was at The Furnace Company. We stopped using that company after Reliance took over and customer service went down hill. Come to learn Furnace Family is the old owner of Furnace Company... Customer service is back in Edmonton. Furnace repair My furnace had stopped working and Jeff came out and was able to diagnose and fix it quickly. He also checked the rest of the furnace and made a couple of adjustments to have it work better. Very satisfied he went above just replacing parts.

After hours repair We had no heat called multiple companies and they claim to have 25 hour service yet no one answered at 9pm. Furnace Family not only answered, they came out and fixed our furnace for a reasonable price. We had another company come out a few months ago advertising no over time charge which was a lie they just added it to the cost of the parts. We highly recommend Furnace Family great service and honest pricing.
