We had a furnace and A/C installed We had Ross our installer and his apprentice remove and instal our new furnace. They were great with our home and pets, friendly, efficient and knowledgable. All involved from sales to office were amazing, a very positive experience !

Lennox Air Conditioning This was our year to get AC and not want to wait till summer. Dave came in to give us a price he was thorough and very casual not like the other high pressure company. The job of putting it in went very well the guys knew exactly what they were doing. We had a really good feeling about this company from the first call to the job complete.

Furnace Repair This company is that golden needle in the haystack. Honest, respectful, professional and fair pricing. After a recent inspection of my furnace it was made known to me that I had a gas leak from the valve and a few other minor issues. Furnace Replacement When we met with Jamie from Family Furnace , we were very impressed with his presentation on the benefits of a new 2 stage Lennox furnace and humidifier. He explained not only the benefits, how the system functioned but also required maintenance procedures. It was for this reason we chose Family Furnace. Lennox EL16XC1 Air Conditioner We contacted the Furnace Family to come and give us a quote to install a new AC unit. It was very important to my wife and I that we had an energy efficient unit. The sales staff were very informative and provided us with different options to fit our needs. When the installation crew arrived there were on time and very friendly ensuring to take the time to walk me through the installation and how to care for the unit in the fall. Furnace and hot water tank replacement Dave at Furnace Family is a fantastic guy. I had different companies came to do the estimations. Dave not only matched/beat all the other offers, gave me a bigger furnace and hot water tank, he also explained things to me patiently.
