Air Conditioning repair and replace Called Furnace Family to fix a order AC a tech came out and fixed it in s hour. Very knowledgeable and well manered. We were informed it was installed wrongly from the beginning. We got a few quotes to replace it and again we went with Furnace Family. Great price, good service tech and rely nice installers. They work like a family ! Highly recommend !!!

Amazing company! Fantastic company! It started off with Dave who came in to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and very honest and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. His quote beat the other company's quote we got by a good chunk for the same equipment. Not even a week later we had the installers at our house. Two Old Furnace and Water Tank Replacement with a New A/C addition I needed to replace two furnaces each twenty years old (one for the main floor upstairs and another downstairs for the basement), and a fifteen years old hot water tank. New AC + Garage heater for the Hosfalls We are happy with our install. Matt was totally awesome, very professional and explained what he did (install). Richard came to start up the AC and he was also very professional and helpful. Will recommend these guys any day! The office guys can be more efficient though.

Furnace Repair My furnace stopped working all of a sudden in the cold weather of -24°C, phoned Mr. Richard and he was courteous and polite attending my call and informed that Mr. Jeff(Technician) would give me show up.
