Inconsistent. Cannot seem to get orders correct, no matter if ordered over phone or online. Food is good when you get the correct items. However, 100% of the time, I end up with at least 1-2 incorrect items when ordering 3 items total. Pizza is always burned due to there convection rotating pizza oven (not standard pizza oven). They do not pay attention to detail and cut pizza incorrectly (pie cut, not square), and give wrong sandwich altogether, boneless wings with no sauce/wrong sauce, etc. Too frustrating. There is no pizza option in this area of Broomfield, if you are looking, order something else, Vietnamese is good here. The crust was soggy, literally soggy. This at a take out place. I've never spit food out of my mouth before this pizza. They don't even have to deal with in person service and it's worse than dominos. I'm from CO I am not some ass hole easterner, I am a colorado native asking that pizza here doesn't suck. We threw this one into the garbage.

There is no pizza option in this area of Broomfield, if you are looking, order something else, Vietnamese is good here. The crust was soggy, literally soggy. This at a take out place. Love the pizza, but their customer service is crap. Don't ever order a pizza on a Friday night, Saturday is probably no better. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:50 PM, when I arrived, there was 11 people waiting, the guy working the front desk, asked for my name and looked for the pizza and said it would be ready in just a few minutes. I waited another 20 minutes, just to finally figure out the pizzas been sitting in the warming oven the entire time. They put way too much cheese on our pizza it was disgusting. I have never seen so much cheese on a pizza before. Had to toss it. Such a disappointment.

I recognize that there are challenges in every business, but delivering a burnt pizza where the outer two inches are charred. As a long time customer at other locations, this is beyond what I would consider acceptable. To be fair, I called to get some direction. 30 min before closing, I was sent to voice mail. So my trash can is filled with burnt crust. This experience was well below my Rosatti's experience. Charred food is not cool. Please get it together, or my family will have to move on to what I consider sub par... read more
