Our rescue needed help with her manners and impulse control; the 10-day class session was great! As they like to say, "A tired dog is a good dog." Sloopy loved her sessions, and we could see real progress. Our trainer was patient with our dog AND with us (we have trouble with consistency and follow through). The homework reminders and end-of-session handouts help us continue the process. When it's time for a refresher, we'll be back! Thanks, Rover Oaks.

My 4 month old Australian cattle dog puppy only has been to puppy play school for 2 days, but I already am so impressed. His trainers have been so nice and didn't judge him at all when he came to school growling and peeing from fear on the first day. In just a day, they transformed him into being a more confident puppy. Great place to board your fur-babies! Super-attentive staff who send daily updates on your pet's well-being. We boarded our two kitties here for a few weeks while we were moving and in-between houses. We were allowed to come and visit our sweet-peas while we were in town, and received photos and updates while we were on vacation. Kitty-condos are in a room with their own ventilation system so they are not stressed by the smell of doggies in another part of the building. We had occasion to board our furry family member for a spur of the moment weekend trip and hadn't stayed at Rover Oaks in a while. I was a little anxious since we've been having family sit for us but the gang at Rover came through! Our boy was a little stressed but he was in good spirits when we picked up and I could tell he had been eating well. It gives us peace of mind to have a place like Rover Oaks that we can depend on for good caring service for our pet.

My dog Harvey did the day training at Rover oaks for 3 weeks. Jim did an awesome job with my dog. Harvey is terrified of people, or should I say was. After just an hour session my dog was comfortable around him (which is unheard of). He truly cared for my dog and did a great job of keeping me updated on how harvey was doing each day. If you want your dog to be trained here, I 100% recommend Jim! My dog has come such a long way and is still making process, and it's all thanks to him!

Everything was good my dog was definitely taken care of only left him for one night. Only reason I won't give them 5 stars is because I emailed twice and called bunch of times and I got no response, phone I understand bec they were probably busy but figured email would be different, also I gave them vitamins for my dog to have with with food in morning and they forgot so two simple things weren't done.

We brought our 10 month old German Shepherd to Rover Oaks Katy for the AKC STAR Puppy training class with Danica. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean and spacious. We had a great experience and took away valuable training lessons that we continue to use today.

We have loved Rover Oaks! We have used them from boarding to training to bathing, and even day care! They have never disappointed and the staff is extremely friendly! Our dogs are always well taken care of and luckily they are exhausted when they get home.
