Good luck getting any technical support or getting through to Safe Haven Concierge service what bs. The print asks you to choose 1,2,3,or 4 but it has never worked. You finally get to a place to leave your contact information and they call you back days later. So that said you may wait days bf someone gets back to you and your camera would be down till then. Enjoy……. Go with ring far easier to work with.
Feedback for the concierge team: 1) State the call is being recorded at the beginning of the call, not mid way through or at the end. This company is not very honest. When I signed up, the manager, who was with the sales person at my house, told me that the minimum contract was a year. A year later, I call to cancel my contract and they tell me the minimum is 3 years. I would not have signed up if he had told me it was a minimum 3 year contract. I accept responsibility because I did not read the fine print and just went by his word. I received a call from a NICK a rep with Safe haven, spoke with him and was advised that I would receive all of these vouchers for being with safe haven in the new community. 07/02/2024 safe haven came out i was under the impression that I was getting this great deal, only to find out it was all a scam. Two sales representatives came to my house at 8:30pm knocking constantly. I was worried it was one of our neighbors but unfortunately, I was met with a very pushy, insistent sales rep that ended up needing to come inside my home. Not taking no for an answer, I ended up making an account and giving them my information just to get the out the door Eventually, they left at around 9:30pm. Hi everyone, all of these positive reviews you see on any of the “safeheaven” is false and they obviously have paid people to write these “great and amazing” reviews but I’m a customer of safe heaven and they have not been anything but rude and misleading about there sales, produces, and horrible support. I would not recommend this company, other then the fast install there equipment is not really reliable, I had a front door sensor go out within a month, a tech came out and fixed it and within just over a month after that I get a malfunction again for the same front door sensor, but because I didn't report it right away because I had family from out of town and lost track of the date of the malfunction, and because of the garage door sensor went out I called to get fixed and they said that it would cost me a 59 dollar servic... read more

I cannot recommend Safe Haven Security or Smart Home services. My first bad experience comes a few days after I move in to my new home. I receive a call from a sales person scheduling a visit from the installation technician and trying to upsell a security package. When I did not immediately commit to the security subscription, the sales rep seemed personally affronted. My next bad experience came on the day of the Smart Home Installation.
