Two sales representatives came to my house at 8:30pm knocking constantly. I was worried it was one of our neighbors but unfortunately, I was met with a very pushy, insistent sales rep that ended up needing to come inside my home. Not taking no for an answer, I ended up making an account and giving them my information just to get the out the door Eventually, they left at around 9:30pm. Hi everyone, all of these positive reviews you see on any of the “safeheaven” is false and they obviously have paid people to write these “great and amazing” reviews but I’m a customer of safe heaven and they have not been anything but rude and misleading about there sales, produces, and horrible support. I would not recommend this company, other then the fast install there equipment is not really reliable, I had a front door sensor go out within a month, a tech came out and fixed it and within just over a month after that I get a malfunction again for the same front door sensor, but because I didn't report it right away because I had family from out of town and lost track of the date of the malfunction, and because of the garage door sensor went out I called to get fixed and they said that it would cost me a 59 dollar servic... read more
I cannot recommend Safe Haven Security or Smart Home services. My first bad experience comes a few days after I move in to my new home. I receive a call from a sales person scheduling a visit from the installation technician and trying to upsell a security package. When I did not immediately commit to the security subscription, the sales rep seemed personally affronted. My next bad experience came on the day of the Smart Home Installation. One star review only because I can't give them 0 stars. I don't know what kinds of bots they have writing so many 5 star reviews here, but this company is fraudulent and terrible to work with. We have had issues with our cancelation process and have been working with Katherine Lyons who has been extremely unhelpful. I'm talking automated emails, phone calls that go strait to voicemail, and just being rude with any interaction. I have recently signed a contract with safe heaven. The service I have been provided is in my opinion awful. I strongly recommend that no one ever work with this company or with their service department. I wish I could turn back the clock a few days and never answer my door for this company. ADT should never work with this company again. Please note this company is not ADT.
I have had nothing but trouble with my system components, and I am on the same request to fix the same sensor for the 4th or 5th time. Now, they are telling me that I have to pay a fee for them to look at the sensor AGAIN!!! I'm guessing they will probably want to charge me for the sensor replacement as well. I requested a new sensor last time, but they moved it instead of replacing it. It worked for about a week, then intermittently for a month, and now not at all.
