Technician Jonathan Thomas was very courteous and professional. He provided good instruction on the use of the system and answered all of my many questions with patience. He was very knowledgeable about your services and an all around nice person to deal with. We are enjoying our system.

I just wanted to give a good review on the technician who installed our system. Timothy Champagne went above and beyond. He explained everything as many times as we needed. He was very genuine, and seemed to genuinely care about our family's safety. I will be requesting him for any and all ADT related things. I cant rave enough about how great of an employee he is, and how great of a person he is
I want to take a moment and let Safe Haven Security, ADT know just how fortunate they are to have Neil Lewis as Manager with the agent referral program. I was contacted by another representative earlier this year and he offered the agent incentive to me if my client purchased and activated a security system with them. The equipment has repeatedly underperformed. The cameras fail to trigger reliably, and the technical support team has been consistently unqualified and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using Safe Haven or ADT. The systems are overpriced, and their customer service — often routed through overseas call centers — provides little to no resolution. The quality of service has been extremely disappointing. The products installed began to deteriorate and fail within just two months of use. I’m genuinely astonished that a company operating with such poor standards continues to survive in today’s competitive market. Subscribing to ADT through this provider was, without question, the worst decision I’ve made.
