WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The fist technician was to arrive at our home at noon on Saturday we got message he would arrive in 15 minutes and hour later he arrives. He spent 8 hours at our home half of that time was just sitting in his car or having personal phone calls, finally he is ready to go with the job not finished. Scheduled for another technician to come out Tuesday at 4 to finish. 0/5 Terrible experience. Had service installed, and I canceled that day after finding a cheaper alternative. I called ADT and cancelled that day. When I called Safe Haven to return the equipment the following Monday, they told me my 3 day cancelation was over because they count Saturday as a working day. Wish I knew that. Now, not only do I lose thousands of dollars on equipment I'll never use, they slso want me to pay almost $2000 to cancel the service early. No regard to my situation, just profit. Installations to my home were done 3 years ago. About 4 months ago, my doorbell stopped working after I changed internet providers. I was told the warranty was expired and I needed to purchase a replacement. Last week the panel inside my home discontinued working. I just spoke with a technician, and was told the warranty just expired and because I am not a security customer, I would need to buy a new panel since this one is obsolete. I had my system install in November 2023 and have a faulty sensor. Your company wants to charge me a 59.00 service fee. That is absurd.

This is by far the worst system we’ve had. I was mislead by the sales rep, customer service is horrible.. The notifications that come to your mobile device are delayed. Doorbell camera has no playback option. Text messages are sent to your phone instead of notifications. Installation took a few days due to the technician not being fully prepared when coming to our home. We called to cancel services before the installation was completed and were told you have a 3 day recission period after the tech first comes out, not once... read more

While the installer did a fine job, we first of all got mixed messages on whether he would need the Internet already installed. We were told he would not and found out to finish this was not so. The most disturbing issue was that while the equipment was in place it wasn't until the installer left and then called after that the system needed to have a permit. This is unacceptable. Beware the 3 year warranty means for parts only. I just had to pay $64 to have a tech come replace a door sensor that failed. Yes, you have to pay the tech to install it, can't do it yourself. This is deceptive, and a horrible customer service experience.

This a very terrible company to be with, u sign up with them and after 3 months they come up may hidden policies u never knew of. Also Favoritism is the order of the day. Never do business with is company
