One star review only because I can't give them 0 stars. I don't know what kinds of bots they have writing so many 5 star reviews here, but this company is fraudulent and terrible to work with. We have had issues with our cancelation process and have been working with Katherine Lyons who has been extremely unhelpful. I'm talking automated emails, phone calls that go strait to voicemail, and just being rude with any interaction. I have recently signed a contract with safe heaven. The service I have been provided is in my opinion awful. I strongly recommend that no one ever work with this company or with their service department. I wish I could turn back the clock a few days and never answer my door for this company. ADT should never work with this company again. Please note this company is not ADT.

I have had nothing but trouble with my system components, and I am on the same request to fix the same sensor for the 4th or 5th time. Now, they are telling me that I have to pay a fee for them to look at the sensor AGAIN!!! I'm guessing they will probably want to charge me for the sensor replacement as well. I requested a new sensor last time, but they moved it instead of replacing it. It worked for about a week, then intermittently for a month, and now not at all. Was very disappointed in the Safehaven customer service department. A simple question, “is my autopay in place”, led to an hour of being passed around from representative to representative. At one point, I was told my payments go through the builder, DR Horton, which I knew was completely false. The most terrible customer service I have ever had. Not to mention their billing department is trash. Billing is never up to date. Would not recommend to anyone. Not to mention my devices are still not working correctly after months.

Would not recommend. We sadly got roped into their services when they showed up at our door when we first moved into our home and have not been helpful with the issues we’ve had since. ADT helps as much as they can but whenever they need to defer back to Safe Haven it’s delayed and seems like it’s a burden for them to help us. Sad because we pay a lot of money each month for equipment and service
