I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with the Safe Heaven Security system. As a new home buyer, I was offered their basic service through my builder for a trial period of three years, with the option to continue if satisfied. However, my experience with their service has been nothing short of frustrating and unreliable. I had ADT installed when I moved into my new house in September of '23. Recently, my doorbell camera stopped working. I tried everything on my end to fix it and I couldn't. I called "Safe Haven Security" to find out why my system isn't functioning as it should. After talking to "Tech Support," it was deemed that the camera is not functioning. Why do you only post positive reviews? I posted about a bad incident regarding getting ghosted for a scheduled interview from your recruiter but it never got posted. Guessing this won’t either!

I was scheduled for an interview in Wilmington NC, however when I arrived no one was there at their office. I was told to park in the back parking lot and bring my ticket with me to have validated. Again I arrived 10 minutes early as requested but again the door was locked as no one was there. In the meantime I contacted the recruiter from KC who supposedly set up the interview. After dealing with the sales and installation guy I would rate this negative stars if I could. They kept trying to charge me more and more, made a fake DocuSign contract and are still trying to scam me out of more money. Will be filing a lawsuit next Monday morning.

I'd be shocked if anything happens with this review, so here goes nothing. Let's start with the good. The concierge. He was great. He remembered me before we got our system and was very understanding that I wasn't sure if I wanted the system and if I got a system I wanted a very basic system. He has been very helpful and communicative in trying to get this issue resolved and was very understanding. Now the issue. NEVER use ADT or Safe Haven. They are crooks and shady. They sold us cameras and discontinued a month later. We needed a matching camera for the front of our house and they no longer sell the ones we have so they sold us a different camera not knowing that we would have to use 2 separate apps to see the camera footage around our home. Not to mention that the Google nest camera they sold us is just a magnetic camera that can easily be removed by anyone at any time. pathetic service. on initial installation a guy came and installed it. did not install good so was having trouble quite often. was able to troubleshoot but now its totally off. they told us to try to unscrew and screw ourself that also did not work. now they want us to pay them so that they can come and do their faulty work again , which should have been done in first place itself. terrible customer service I dont recommend this company to anyone the one star is because I can't submit the review
