We signed up as soon as we moved into our new home in Florida. Houston was our rep on this account. We had issues throughout our 15 months which includes different entries to our home not registering open. Most recently we noticed after we set the alarm at bedtime we saw th window was open and the system did not state bypass on. So we proceeded to check the rest of the entries to our home and found the whole back section of my house was not registering as open. I would not recommend this company. I have had multiple issues with the system. Also, the key fob I paid for broke in the first month but I was able to fix it. When I recently called to get the buttons replaced, they charged $60 to get a tech out. I did not need a tech, just the buttons as it's so cheap I can fix it myself. I HATE THIS COMPANY and thought I was working with ADT directly. THIS COMPANY is trash!

Only giving 1 star because I cant give 0. I Just had to kick the “technician manager’ Ryan Goodwin out of my house. I had this system installed 5 weeks ago and I have had to have technicians out FIVE times to fix malfunctioning sensors. It literally fails again every time Less than 2 hours after the techs leave from ‘fixing the problem’. And the company Refuses to remove the system or refund me for all the UPSALES they convinced me would fix the problem. And now they refuse to send out the manager of the guy I kicked ... read more

Terrible customer service Terrible systems Multiple multiple false alarms lights go on not sure why Sensors falling off windows and doors Extremely unhappy Fire alarms have gone off 7 or 8 times for no reason

Terrible customer service System doesn’t work False alarms are going off all the time They will not help at all Do not recommend the company or the service ADT wants to help but you have to go through safe haven that doesn’t want to help terrible Multiple false alarms light go on when they shouldn’t be Terrible

We will not be renewing after the contract is over—one of the worst business experiences I have had. I sat on the phone for an hour working with tech support to get the cams up and running. They want to charge me $80 (I was told 60 by the first rep) to get cams back online after changing my wifi equipment. I haven't had cameras in roughly 3 months. The smoke detector is so sensitive I had to disable it to avoid the fire dept showing up to my house again and falsely alerting my family causing a panic. ADT and Safe Haven reps... read more

The sales tactics used are dishonest. An inflated price was given for the amount equipment would cost and then told how a discount would be given. After looking online, buying directly from ADT would have been cheaper, and Safe Haven was not providing a discount at all.

If i could give zero stars, I would. Bait and switch at it's best. ADT boasts a 6 month revocation period, however Safe Haven will not honor it. I have a disability that just occurred; needed to do some upgrades - they wanted to charge $3000, plus double my monthly service charge. Could not afford to do so. Wanted to cancel within the 6 month ADVERTISED revocation period. Safe Haven refused. Wanted to charge a $1400 cancellation charge.
