We will not be renewing after the contract is over—one of the worst business experiences I have had. I sat on the phone for an hour working with tech support to get the cams up and running. They want to charge me $80 (I was told 60 by the first rep) to get cams back online after changing my wifi equipment. I haven't had cameras in roughly 3 months. The smoke detector is so sensitive I had to disable it to avoid the fire dept showing up to my house again and falsely alerting my family causing a panic. ADT and Safe Haven reps... read more

The sales tactics used are dishonest. An inflated price was given for the amount equipment would cost and then told how a discount would be given. After looking online, buying directly from ADT would have been cheaper, and Safe Haven was not providing a discount at all.

If i could give zero stars, I would. Bait and switch at it's best. ADT boasts a 6 month revocation period, however Safe Haven will not honor it. I have a disability that just occurred; needed to do some upgrades - they wanted to charge $3000, plus double my monthly service charge. Could not afford to do so. Wanted to cancel within the 6 month ADVERTISED revocation period. Safe Haven refused. Wanted to charge a $1400 cancellation charge. ADT collects my monthly payment, ADT is the sign on my front lawn; this is an ADT... read more

This company sucks. does not return phone calls, you live on a hold line when trying to reach someone. Just go with a different company, it's not worth the headache of even getting started. 0/5 stars.

Where to begin with this scam of a company! For starters, I have had my security system installed for less than 6 months and have had nothing but problems, not to mention that these people are use force, coercion, and willful contractual entrapment even when your equipment is malfunctioning which legally justifies you existing the contract without having to pay the early termination fee! This company is a complete scam! Do not use them for your security needs! They use force, coercion, willful, deliberate, and deceitful intent in relation to contractual entrapment when your equipment malfunctions and you request to cancel your contract, they refuse stating that your early termination fee is an equipment fee; which legally they cant do because this is fraud! An early termination fee is only applicable if the customer choices to cancel the contract because they no longer want the service but in my case, my acc... read more

While the installers were friendly, they did not come prepared. Had to spread it across two different days with two different installers. The first one stole my drill bit. I texted him immediately and tried to get his attention as he was driving away. But he ignored me. The second guy had no information on what needed to be complete. He installed the alarm on the wrong door, then when fixed, left two name for each door, duplicating each door twice!!
