I live in Myrtle Beach and I was sold a security and camera system by Greg Schwartz, I got the system in the summer and had technicians out to my house 3x already. My front camera has never caught motion, I just get the live screen, and I never had a problem with my back camera until the technician left, now that one doesn't work either. I started my service with Safe Haven Security in January of 2020. In July, they cut my service off without even telling me. Then they sent a bill to me through an attorney for $1530.26. This company is very fishy. Find someone else to get your security system through.

They did not ring the doorbell.I realized someone was outside when I heard a loud noise He stepped in fresh concrete and made no effort to fix or repair. We had 2 cameras installed by Safe Haven in our new build home; a driveway cam and backyard cam. The backyard cam was installed in a high awkward position that makes it hard to even detect and alert on movement. The 3rd camera has never even been installed, and after I asked them to take the camera back and provide a credit for the one camera, they refuse and threatened collections. Oct 6 2020 Had ADT set up my alarm system after two days I canceled for personal reasons safe haven tech Rolando came to collect the equipment. My home is a smart home so it comes with a panel what they did was lock my panel so no other company can use it to install there alarm system . I called and safe haven refused to release the panel so it can be used by other companies they are horrible and I hope people will be careful cheap is not always good they are a bunch of thieves.still waiting for save haven to unlocked panel ... read more

Gave me faulty equipment, ok happens, but lied about what it could do, and couldn’t fix it to what it was supposed to at least do, then wouldn’t refund me when requested: due to it not being fixable and a potential system problem which voids the contract anyway (it’s been 8 months of blow offs, techs, unreturned calls, and incapable workers, and 10 total months of ‘service’ so yes I’m my contracted 6 month time frame of refund when this started as it never worked.) Get ready for a massive upsell and terrible customer service. Initial visit was door to door. System was supposed to be $300 on a point system. We went for the most comprehensive. Installer comes and up sells $1000! This is due to the original system not covering enough. We said ok, because what’s the point in an incomplete system. Raising my rating to two starts as Safe Haven has agreed to remove their equipment and cancel the contract with zero push back. I have issue that now I will have wall and paint damage but that is a battle for another day. Curiously, no one from Safe Haven has even asked me why I am canceling, or why I am upset. I mean zero attempts to even try to smooth things out.
