DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They are a subsidiary of ADT. They will scam you! Do not fall for it! Learn from my mistake!

I give Safe Haven 1 ⭐ because of professionalism never can get n contact with someone n customer service . I have left called back numbers no one return none of my messages. I feel tho I getting a run around on a concern matter. When I became a new Safe Haven/ ADT new customer. I have to go through so much just to receive what was a 100$ gift card . Still haven't got it yet and this been every since September last year 2020. I did everything I was informed to do nothing yet I even sent a money order for 4.95 etc. What is rea... read more

Mr. Palvic came to my door and was not wearing a mask. I asked him to put on a mask, he was so focused on scoring a sale that he slide a flyer into my home before putting a mask on. He kept trying to come in my home to keep talking about my security needs and was completely unresponsive to the fact that I was obviously extremely uncomfortable and scared. This was supposed to be a sales pitch for security systems but I felt very threatened. I won't be moving forward with ADT or safe have security.

ADT tech came this past Saturday, January 2, 2021 and installed the security system plus an outdoor and indoor cameras. I'm really disappointed because I paid more than $500 for installation and he said my monthly payment is going to be $55.99. When I make the deal with Safe Haven, Laurie Naylor told me the monthly payment will be $45.99 and will never go up even if I decide to add more devices. She told me if I want to add another device just pay $99.00 for installation and the monthly payment will stay the same. Well after... read more

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY DO A PARTIAL INSTALL JUST SO THEY CAN START YOUR BILLINGS AND THEN THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THAT.

Very poor business ethics. Was told there was a 6 month money back guarantee by the salesman. My camera has not recorded correctly since I have had the system so I called to try to cancel and was told adt has that option but not Safe Haven who is an authorized adt dealer. Guess all they care about us making the sale. Dont go here!

I have been waiting for a complete and functional system from ADT North/Safehaven for a month and a half now. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The doorbell system rings every time some one drives by my house and the broken glass alarm goes off also, for no apparently reason. The door bell rang this morning at 4 am, 5 am and again at 6 am. I have had my system for two months now and out of the two months I have maybe been able to arm my system for five days. I have had the technician out so many times that I now know him personally and safehaven refuses to back their product. Yes if you have the time every week to be home for a service tech to come over you're good however this has become more than frustrating and to make matters worse, safe haven will tell you that ADT should give you credit for the months of service that you paid for that didn't work and AD... read more

Safe haven is the worst 3rd party company to do business with. The manipulated there contract then I have to pay to get out of it. Don't do any business with go through ADT directly. For me I won't do business with neither of them because ADT couldn't help me after safe haven messed me up. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THEM DONT EVEN ANSWER YOUR DOOR TO THEM.
