After another company left me high and dry by canceling my order at the last minute, Sam Ash got the mic to me in time for a broadcast that was only 3 days away...thank you so much!

Will never order from here again..They give you a date for delivery, then switch it up after a couple of days.Then they said they had my full order at their warehouse,but didn't !! Then they split my order for two different delivery dates. TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE....GO WITH GUITAR CENTER..ANYONE BUT THESE GUYS. I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT LORD KNOWS HOW LONG THAT WOULD TAKE.. AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET TOO EVEN TELL YOU GUYS IF THEY GOT THAT RIGHT!!!!!
Very bad and unprofessional customer service. I still received the order that I have requested to cancelled. Call them, no response. Chat with them, very rude and slow. I don't know what to said. NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I canceled my order within 1 hour of purchases and for 2 days I never received a cancelation receipt. My order was still shipped.
The website did not work properly. I was unable to delete one of the entries. I wanted to purchase a trumpet from my Grandson. Two trumpets were in my shopping cart. I was unable to delete one of the entries. I wasn't able to proceed into the checkout screen. I ended up having to call costumer service and order my purchase. I explained everything to the customer service.
Don't Return phone calls as promised... on hold too long and then ended up with having to leave a message on message machine... Trying to return item nearly impossible
