Get directionsI would love if they incorporate a physical fitness program where they brought in a physical fitness person twice a week. Everyone is friendly and nice except one waitress that my mom tangles with once in a while. They have a cleaning person clean my mom's room once a week. They also wash her sheets and towels for her and makes her bed each week with clean sheets. My mom is still independent so she doesn't require much care. I had to move here 4 years ago, and it was the best decision I made. The staff is so caring and supportive. The kitchen needs an overhaul, service is spotty sometimes. Food offered on the menu is often not available, and that’s frustrating. The Menu has changed, and less foods are offered. I like it here, overall. And I am looking forward to living here another 3 years.

The director does not communicate well and they are understaffed, especially in the evenings. The food in the brochure is not what is served. It's not gourmet by any means. They run out of food that's on the menu all the time. They have activities but lately the activity will say "self ran". They need to encourage residents to be active and do more hands on activities to facilitate relationships inside the facility so they are not lonely. My loved one is very lonely there. She said nobody participates in anything.
This place is a holding cell, but maybe others are not much better. As one of the nicest staff members told me.."they don't get better." The staff is nice, but not much stimulation or anything - but the residents are pretty much "gone" and gradually getting worse.
They took great care of her while she was alive and called Hospice to help take care of her but the administrative aspect regarding billing and follow up after she passed was poor. She was only there for 2 months before she passed.

My mother hates the place and it has gone downhill in management, food, care. I have reported them to the state. Would not recommend Pacifica to anyone. Management is awful!

Pacifica Senior Living has great staff members but there is just not enough of them. The meals in general are ok, but being able to order a meal that is not on that day's menu is good. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Not very consistent staff and horrible communication of different people who interstate With residents. The medical staff is better. They need to improve on the food quality. Quality. Seemed like Costco Boxed food instead of home cooking.

Pacifica was the best facility I visited and the staff was very welcoming. They seemed to really care about senior's. Pacifica exceeded our expectations in all the above areas. I would definitely recommend them in the future.
