Get directionsOur experience in Memory Care was much better than the Assisted Living side. The Memory Care unit staff were more attentive, took care of medications, and bandages for my loved one. The staff were loving and pleasant with my loved one. The hospice nurses were wonderful as well. The Assisted Living side of the community I was not pleased with our experience overall. The front desk staff members were nice to work with on the assisted living side of the building, as well.

This community was okay but it was a little to much for my loved one. This would be great for a retired couple that wanted to go into senior living but still active. They had a lot of amenities but my loved one would not have been able to participate in a lot of them.

Everybody is super friendly and always willing to fix any issues as soon as possible. They are short staffed. Housekeeping is supposed to be cleaning once a week and it has happened once. We had medication issues, missing his medicine for a day. I honestly think this is due to a staffing shortage. They provide a variety of meal options. They said they have transportation for doctors appointments as well as a shuttle that comes for the residents. It's still a relatively new experience, so the jury is still out so to speak. I'm definitely not sorry we put my family member here. She's getting used to it. It's always a transition going from your own place to community living. But overall it's been good. She moved in during Covid, so there were some challenges related to that, but things have been getting better. This community was probably one of the top places at one time and this is what I heard but things have changed and now it is different. I did not get a lot of what I was promised so right now I would not recommend this community to a friend. Rooms are not getting cleaned and options for diabetics are minimal

We are so sorry that our community has not lived up to your expectations. Since COVID came on the scene in 2020 one of our ongoing challenges has been staffing. As with all senior living communities across the country, it’s been tough to hire and retain the right staff. As a result of that, here are some processes we’ve put in place to mitigate those challenges as much as possible many of our current employees have been cross-trained to help pick-up in depts that may be challenged with staffing. They are awesome across the board. From the first meeting with [name removed] in sales, all the way though when my mom passed, they were excellent. I couldn't recommend it more highly. The location, everything. The staff were great, including the on-site nurse. They did everything and more than I could have imagined.

I really liked Pacifica, it was in our top 3 choices. I got along with the director and she was very personable. It was a little more run down, but it had a great location.
