We had to move my mom at the height of the Coronavirus as we could not move to the care she needed. When we arrived, we were greeted by so many kind people that work there and other residents too! It made us feel like we made the right decision and my mom is very happy there. I would definitely recommend Pacifica Senior Living San Martin.

Let me qualify that we've not had experiences with other communities, and our entire experience at Pacifica was during Covid. But I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant, especially the receptionists. The director was a good communicator. They were very, very good to my loved ones here. On the memory care side, the aides were very attentive. They continued to have activities in their gathering room to help with memory care specifically. My husband and I toured Pacifica San Martín and was very impressed by the sincerity and friendliness we experienced. The rooms look a little different because of Covid than they normally do which was explained to us. But can still tell it is a beautiful community. There was an activity going on when we toured which was great to see. Everyone seemed very happy and involved that was there ! We chose Pacifica Senior Living because the location was convenient, the price was very reasonable, and the staff I was dealing with was very good. The room sizes here are on the smaller side. He was only here a short time but due to our experience I would recommend for memory care.

The community had recently changed administrators. The new administrator was good at working with us in resolving a situation. There also was a new finical administrator.

The staff is very nice and they have a lot to offer to keep the residence active. I would definitely recommend this community to others. We do want pizza here. It would be nice to have a small appliance to be able to use in their room

Took in-person tour. Facility was very nice, clean, cost is within our budget. Rated 4 stars because visitation area is very small and not private, it's part of the lobby.

[names removed] have helped me through some very difficult decisions for my mom. She finally decided to move to assisted living would be much better for her. We are so grateful that everyone has gone the "extra mile" with all the steps it has taken!

After going through a very difficult decision putting my grandmother in memory care at legacies has been an amazing experience! My grandmother loves it there and has been happy from the first day. It's a beautiful home for her and the staff is attentive and fun. Thank you Legacies!
