Verified Renter People are so friendly, close walk to everything. On the weekends I don't even have to use my car there is so much to do. when I put a work order in it is completed by next day. Office staff is so nice.

Verified Renter We picked Sawmill Point because of the fantastic outdoor spaces provided for the tenants. Also the large pool was a selling point as well. All of the amenities are kept up and clean for the tenants use.
