Verified Renter Beautiful apartments with amazing staff! On move in day, needed maintenance asap and they showed up within 5 minutes. Aubry has been a pleasure to work with. The grounds genuinely feels like a resort!

Verified Renter Location is great, there should be some vinyl or plastic window covers for the rivershack during the cold months. Also a heat source so it can be used all year. The parking lot should be ch credit more often.

Verified Renter We enjoy living so close to our boat and the boardwalk. We enjoy the pool and the grounds, which are kept immaculately clean. We enjoy the young employees in the office who are friendly, professional, and pleasant to deal with. We DO NOT enjoy our experiences trying to get things repaired. In the past year: 1. we have had nothing but problems keeping our air conditioner down to a cooling level and have paid extremely high utility bills as a result. 2. Verified Renter We continue to be very happy with our choice to live at Sawmill Point. Here are some of the reasons why: the helpful staff, the location in downtown Wilmington on the Riverwalk, the amenities like a saltwater pool, the beautiful views (sunsets, river ,etc), the floor plan, the fun resident events, the grounds and landscaping, the attractive common areas, the state of the art coffee maker :)

Verified Renter It’s a nice apartment complex and the maintenance guys are super quick and fantastic. It’s not a very social place and the community events are very meh. But the price is good for a view facing the water and you won’t get a cheaper apartment with that view anywhere else downtown
