Verified Renter So far, so good. I like the outdoor space, the way we are tucked away from the busy area of the river walk and the gym is nice. It’s frustrating that we have to pay $35 a month for trash service but they can’t pick up our recycling—so we still need to make the trip. It’s a pretty huge waste of $420 a year.

Verified Renter It is a Very beautiful place super quiet and a great yard for pets not to mention the pool area is super relaxing to be at right after work or just to relax it’s self. The gym I love so many equipment to use or get in shape.

Verified Renter Perfect waterfront location, feels like I live in a resort, excellent admin and maintenance staff, great facilities. Lots of dogs to meet and pet, easy to get packages, love the interaction of the residents, easy to make new friends.

Verified Renter Every day I wake up here and it honestly feels like I’m on vacation. I love the natural lighting and the pool and view makes it feel like a resort. I’ve literally never been happier in a place. It’s so quiet, I never hear my neighbors and even the pool rarely has anyone in it. It’s just an overall quiet and calm place and it’s so beautiful and peaceful. Verified Renter Sunday mornings on the outside deck, early morning sun, sipping coffee, and overlooking the magestic Cape Fear River flow leisurely by, with three cats, is a favorite part of the weekend. Showed the Sawmill Point lobby and pool, to a friend who lives locally but elsewhere, and he commented that the lobby, and pool was way nicer than at his place. This gated community coupled with their effective maintenance team adds to my sense of safety and security.
