Verified Renter Sawmill Point Apartments has the best views, residents, and staff. This is what living is all about!!!!! The location is perfect for walking to all the sights downtown. It’s the greatest location if you love and own dogs.

Verified Renter Really good experience. Would like to see better enforcement of people picking up after there animals however. Amenities are well kept and clean.

Verified Renter Sawmill use to be an awesome place to live. Whenever I come home now it just smells like a weed box. I get an immediate headache as soon as I walk down the hall. And this is literally everyday and it doesn’t seem like the staff cares. I rush to get inside my apartment.

Verified Renter It’s an amazing place to live. Me and my husband have been looking for the perfect apartment so that we could move to Wilmington and sawmill point is by far the best. The community is my favorite part about it, and it’s so close to everything in downtown :)

Verified Renter Overall pretty decent place. Definitely not the “luxury living” it once billed itself as any longer. Might stay here if the prices are right but there are too many options downtown now to get away with crazy high rent.
