Verified Renter Every day I wake up here and it honestly feels like I’m on vacation. I love the natural lighting and the pool and view makes it feel like a resort. I’ve literally never been happier in a place. It’s so quiet, I never hear my neighbors and even the pool rarely has anyone in it. It’s just an overall quiet and calm place and it’s so beautiful and peaceful. Verified Renter Sunday mornings on the outside deck, early morning sun, sipping coffee, and overlooking the magestic Cape Fear River flow leisurely by, with three cats, is a favorite part of the weekend. Showed the Sawmill Point lobby and pool, to a friend who lives locally but elsewhere, and he commented that the lobby, and pool was way nicer than at his place. This gated community coupled with their effective maintenance team adds to my sense of safety and security.

Verified Renter This is by far the best place to live. The staff, residents, and pets are wonderful. The location is great and the neighborhood is spectacular.
Verified Renter I use to really love living here. The constant smell weed smoking in the hallways, the trash shoot room being closed and people not leashing their dogs and floors not being cleaned has made me change my mind. It could be an awesome place to live.

Verified Renter We’ve lived here for a few months and have very little to complain about. The complex is very clean and well manicured. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the downtown bars/restaurants and the RiverWalk will take you the entire way.
