Verified Renter It’s an amazing place to live. Me and my husband have been looking for the perfect apartment so that we could move to Wilmington and sawmill point is by far the best. The community is my favorite part about it, and it’s so close to everything in downtown :)

Verified Renter Overall pretty decent place. Definitely not the “luxury living” it once billed itself as any longer. Might stay here if the prices are right but there are too many options downtown now to get away with crazy high rent.

Verified Renter Great job they made sure to meet all my request and apartment was ready. Sawmill Point Apartments is a great place to live. The management staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is incredible. There are wonderful sunsets, the Live Oak Pavilion is right next door so you can experience the concerts right from the river walk and it's a short walk to get to downtown Wilmington where there are great restaurants and shops!

Verified Renter Sawmill Point has been a great community to move into! I've enjoyed the amenities including pool, gym and easy access to the riverwalk. Also, the Live Oak concert venue is minutes away!

Verified Renter So far, so good. I like the outdoor space, the way we are tucked away from the busy area of the river walk and the gym is nice. It’s frustrating that we have to pay $35 a month for trash service but they can’t pick up our recycling—so we still need to make the trip. It’s a pretty huge waste of $420 a year.
