Verified Renter Sawmill Point is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and very responsive. The building is very dog/pet friendly and the Riverwalk is right outside your door. You get the most incredible sunsets here.

Verified Renter People are so friendly, close walk to everything. On the weekends I don't even have to use my car there is so much to do. when I put a work order in it is completed by next day. Office staff is so nice.
