Excellent experience The dealership is always clean and well run. All the employees i have dealt with are top notch. The salesman ( Chase Bond ) is very Knowledgeable, friendly and all about customer service. This is the second car I purchased from Schumacher and I didn't even "shop around" , that says a lot !!

Fast services, active staff I was happy to get the car back in the same day, even thought the job was not complete. However, the staff was explained very clearly that there was no part and had to be ordered. I do not mind at least she had updated the software for me.
Fixed A/C, changed timing belt, improved sound system Cindi was outstanding in scheduling the work with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of efficiency, Mark went out of his way to help with the sound system. One of the most pleasant major repairs I have had.

replaced intake manifold (warranty) Check engine light was one....relative used diagnostic tool to diagnose...intake manifold (Code 2015). Letter in 2013 extended warranty to 10 years. Discussed with service...was repaired at no cost.
20,000 miles Service Doreen Preshlock, the service manager I worked with, was friendly and knowlegeable of my needs. The service was done sooner than scheduled. Getting my vehicle back on time is very important to me.
