Despite rude customers, service rep was polite and effective While waiting for my TDI's 25k service to be completed, my service rep, Doreen, was managing a very busy morning with rather rude customers. Despite distractions from these "squeaky wheels," she remained communicative, polite, and on top of appointments. I appreciated that she recognized patient and reasonable customers and did not allow other experiences to affect her attitude and job.

Service of my 2002 VW Golf TDI It is great having to work with the same service person for the past 10 to 12 years. She knows my VW cars as well as me. She is very cordial, she is great at explaining the repairs and providing me status of the work. She also understands my wanting to limit expenses or working with me to spread the work over time. ALWAYS THE BEST!!!!!!!! Mr. Casey my service adviser is simply the best - no other way to say it - he is always professional, courteous, mindful of your time and keeps you up to date on vehicle progress - I love Schumacher but in reality I come back to the place because of Mr. Casey - he is the pinnacle of excellence in service delivery - well done!

Excellent 30K Mile review! Cyndy saw me immediately, got the car into service and got it through the service quickly. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and was washed! I was very happy with the service!

Great Service Department I really appreciate that the work is done correctly - the first time. I also like that you can make service appointments online. It makes bringing my Volkswagen CC in for routine maintenance a breeze.

Best car buying experience ever Art is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was professional yet friendly. He went out of his way to get me the car I wanted and gave me a fair deal with no "xx". I wish all salespeople were more like him.

Awesome My convertible was stuck open. When I called Jim ? service manager to tell him my concern in towing the car, he got his greatest Mechanic, Mark and his associates and they CAME TO MY HOUSE. Thank you so much. After 3 trips and more help they got the top down so we could transport the car. Great job

Happy customer once again Starting out my schedule onlficted with several dates i ha set up for service on my vehicle. Cindi was always willing to work ith me and not once did she get frustrated. Once my car wa in she took care of everything in a timely manner and actually got me the car back sooner than promised. Cindi represents what every empoyee of any ompany should strive to be. I cannt thank her enogh for her continued professional service with that nice personal touch.
