Excellent experience The dealership is always clean and well run. All the employees i have dealt with are top notch. The salesman ( Chase Bond ) is very Knowledgeable, friendly and all about customer service. This is the second car I purchased from Schumacher and I didn't even "shop around" , that says a lot !!
Great salesman! The sales team was great. Our salesman Jorge was beyond helpful. He was the best salesman we have ever had when purchasing a car. We will definately be back and we will also recommend jorge to friends and family.
Fast services, active staff I was happy to get the car back in the same day, even thought the job was not complete. However, the staff was explained very clearly that there was no part and had to be ordered. I do not mind at least she had updated the software for me.
Fixed A/C, changed timing belt, improved sound system Cindi was outstanding in scheduling the work with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of efficiency, Mark went out of his way to help with the sound system. One of the most pleasant major repairs I have had.
