An enjoyable experience I went to Schumacher to consider buying a new VW Bug. They were easy to work with, true professionals. Did not,pressure me in any way and I left totally satisfied with the entire transaction and the whole experience.

Always a hassle-free experience My experience at the Schumacher Volkswagen on Northlake Blvd has only been about the service department. YEARLY SERVICE WHEN I CALLED TO SEE IF THE AFTERNOON WAS A GOOD TIME TO BRING THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE, THE RESPONSE FROM CINDI WAS "GREAT". I GOT THERE A LITTLE EARLY AND THEY TOOK IT RIGHT AWAY AND UPON RETURN AT THE ESTIMATED TIME, THE CAR WAS OUT FRONT, WASHED AND READY TO GO. THE DETAILED REPORT WAS EXCELLENT, ALSO.

service and dashboard computer problem When I arrived at the dealership I met Patrick Casey. I started explaining the problem I was having with the dashboard and before I could finish Patrick knew what was going on and explained to me what was going on. He was knowledgable and friendly. He took care of the problem and service in a timely manner.
Easy in and out service Cindy was very helpful and was able to take care of servicing my car in a timely manner. not only did she take care of service, but also had my car cleaned as well.
I got exactly what I wanted I arrived at the dealership and met Steve Handy. I told him what I was looking for and exactly how I wanted the transaction handled. Within 30 minutes he found a car I wanted. He handled the transaction exactly as I had asked him to. I have never had such great customer service, I was completely satisfied with the experience.
