Speedy Service Started my day at 7:20 a.m. with a dead battery! Had the car jump started and got it to the dealership - Doreen got me back on the road within an hour! If there is anything negative to say - it would be about VW. This is my second CC and the batteries and tires on both vehicles did not last. I have had my current one for just over 2 years and already replaced those items. Same situation for my first CC !

Always a hassle-free experience My experience at the Schumacher Volkswagen on Northlake Blvd has only been about the service department. YEARLY SERVICE WHEN I CALLED TO SEE IF THE AFTERNOON WAS A GOOD TIME TO BRING THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE, THE RESPONSE FROM CINDI WAS "GREAT". I GOT THERE A LITTLE EARLY AND THEY TOOK IT RIGHT AWAY AND UPON RETURN AT THE ESTIMATED TIME, THE CAR WAS OUT FRONT, WASHED AND READY TO GO. THE DETAILED REPORT WAS EXCELLENT, ALSO.
