Professional Service at a Reasonable Price We purchased our VW Rabbit new in July 2009 from Schumacher and have used Schumacher service it. We are always happy when we drive up and see that Cindi is there to assist us. She is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She not only makes sure the job is done right the first time, but also alerts us as to what may be needed in future visits.

Robert Nicol Robert was very attentive and informative from the beginning of my search to me receiving the new Tiguan. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and the process. His friendly attitude made my visits very pleasant.
VW experience Service at Schumacher Volkswagen was good and personnel was very helpfull. My mayor issue has been with the car itself. With 5 year and 66000 miles I have had problems with an Air sensor, the right door locking mechanism, and last but not least, the ABS hydraulic unit. None of which has been cheap. This contradicts the so called German engineering of DAS AUTO that VW advertises so much. Frankly I will think twice before buying another VW again.
