20,000 miles Service Doreen Preshlock, the service manager I worked with, was friendly and knowlegeable of my needs. The service was done sooner than scheduled. Getting my vehicle back on time is very important to me.
Painless in all ways Was in for year-end check up, oil change - tires rotate etc... all included in lease... happy with service and that they also took care of factory recall service at the same time
Friendly, efficient and timely. I was greeted by Pat Casey. He explained what was needed and everything went smoothly. Coffee and refreshments , comfertable lounge, made waiting very pleasent. Work was done in the time expected.
30,000 mile service good experience not sure why the review needs to 25 words or longer had oil change tires rotated and balanced 30K miles service etc etc this survey is time consuming and not user friendly
Fine. Always easy to deal with and is why I have always bought from Shumacher Northlake and/or Okeechobee. I love VW and like very much Shumacher.

Despite rude customers, service rep was polite and effective While waiting for my TDI's 25k service to be completed, my service rep, Doreen, was managing a very busy morning with rather rude customers. Despite distractions from these "squeaky wheels," she remained communicative, polite, and on top of appointments. I appreciated that she recognized patient and reasonable customers and did not allow other experiences to affect her attitude and job.
Service of my 2002 VW Golf TDI It is great having to work with the same service person for the past 10 to 12 years. She knows my VW cars as well as me. She is very cordial, she is great at explaining the repairs and providing me status of the work. She also understands my wanting to limit expenses or working with me to spread the work over time.
