Great Experience, fast, friendly The financing special was what drew us in. We were looking for a car, since ours was 13 years old. The online services were great. Service Department Please recognize service manager Cindi Cicioni's efforts helping resolve an ongoing air conditioning problem with my 2012 TDI Jetta. This was my third scheduled service visit within 2 months for the same issue. Her persistence with the aftermarket warranty company (Fidelity) is what finally convinced them to authorize the replacement of my compressor. I believe they were reluctant to approve as problem was intermittent. My Platinum warranty covered all components, contingent upon proving the part failure. ... read more
