I went to see Dr Brown who I was referred to despite my hesitation from the 3 star reviews. I will not be coming back to this office. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and sarcastic.. she clearly does not feel grateful for her job. The doctor told me not to worry about a skin spot on my chest which one week later spread and now looks like full fledged ring worm. $65 down the drain and now a headache of a spreading rash that could have been treated if the doctor did not speed through my exam.
The doctors may be skilled but the wait was so long. I brought a 9 year old we waited for 70 minutes for a 3 minute appointment in which the doctor was rushed. Then I had to wait on line to check out and had difficulty checking out (perhaps the check out receptionist was in training). I'm sorry but the long wait ruined my impression of the practice. Whether the doctors are skilled or not, the long wait was unacceptable and I refuse to return.
This place is the pits. Waited over an hour in the front of the office then over 45 in the exam room. The receptionist was rude when I asked how much longer the first time she said it's only by 30 minutes that's not long. In a matter of 2 minutes the same receptionist asked my name over three times. Guess she is not good with names or people do put her on an area where you work with people and ask names.
Continued horrible experiences with wait times! I filled out all online forms in advance of appointment. We were the 2nd appointment of the day and still waited over an hour to see the Doctor in order to get a prescription refill. Unacceptable! My time is just as valuable as theirs. Doctor spent 2 minutes in the room with my daughter and that was it. This is nothing new. Our previous appointment was an even longer wait. If you value your time, go somewhere else!
If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter is a patient there an I've been waiting for a call back for NINE days- all they have to do is call the pharmacy to approve a scrip. I've made 6 calls with no response. Stay away
Rude and incompetent office staff. Went a year and a half ago and now getting a bill since the office staff incorrectly coded my visit. They do NOT return phone calls in a timely manner. The physicians there try their best but because of their lack of knowledge and motivation to try to figure out what was wrong with me I had to go multiple times which ended up in a much LARGER bill than was necessary. Save your time, money, and sanity....go somewhere else!!!
if your looking for a dermatologist don't use this one. it's like going to a meat factory, they rush you in and rush you out. doctor g subscribed two medication none of which worked. told me they were sending me a scrip for blood work which took over a week to get after having to call the office three time. after having the blood work done the doctor never bothered to get back with a solution to my problem. please don't use them.
Mr first appointment with Dr. Grauman was fine. She was on time (but it was her first appointment of the day)at 7 am and prescribed medication for acne. After using the Medication I developed a rash around my lips and went back to her. She was 30 minutes late (her second appointment of the day)and then rushed me through it. Awful place. I have been trying to get a pre-authorization and a letter of medical necessity form completed for 6 days. I have been on the phone with Benecard and the Dermatology Group multiple times each day. Benecard was VERY helpful at walking me through the process and calling me back. The Dermatology Group was not. I now CANNOT get my medication because too much time has passed. I spoke with Bridget, Juanita, Anita and more. I left two messages for Dr. Lane.
