I am beyond frustrated with my experience at ClearlyDerma in Boca Raton. Prior to my appointment, I verified multiple times that they accepted my insurance. I checked in, saw the doctor, and everything seemed fine. But upon checking out, I was suddenly told they don’t accept my insurance and that I had to pay $245 out of pocket. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. My daughter was recently diagnosed with Alopecia, and while that alone is hard enough, dealing with this office made it even worse. The day before her appointment, we got a call saying our insurance was no longer accepted—something that should’ve been handled way sooner. Dr. Weatherall is an amazing doctor but every since Schweiger took over, the place has become awful. When I used to call to make appointments I was able to speak with someone in the medical office. I have received voicemails on multiple occasions to reschedule my appointments and they leave me a callback number that takes me to a call center. As a perfect example of my earlier review below - last week I received a call from Courtney in response to my review. She left a phone number which I called back. After holding several minutes, I was routed to the next agent in que - She had no idea who Courtney was and tried to connect me, said she wasn't available and would leave a message, waited several more minutes on hold, then told Courtney would call me back.
