The worst run doctor's office in history. Impossible to get anyone on the phone - the telephone number routes you to a call center which cannot answer a single question and constantly tells you they are emailing the doctor's office so that they give you a call directly which (surprise) never happens. Totally impersonal experience, everyone is so disconnected from the patients and the only person you will ever have any contact with is the unhelpful call center. Bad experience. I went in for annual skin check up and to confirm a lump is just a lipoma. The Dr was in the room all of five minutes and said things like it may be a lipoma or could be a lipoma. I kept asking for a straight yes or no and they started getting annoyed with me. My PCP told me to go to derm for solid confirmation. They couldn't give confirmation nor did they refer me to someone who could just confirm if the issue is a lipoma or something of concern. I was a regular patient at this office until 2021. The appt was fine but I am appalled that I had a preventative office visit under my insurance plan and over a year later I have received a notice from a collection agency. There was no copay and if they thought I had one, why did I NEVER receive a bill. This is very poor business practice to try and ruin my credit rating. I will never return to this office.

Do not go here unless you want to waste your afternoon in the middle of a work day. I waited an hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor for a 10 minute appointment.

My doctor did not seek to understand and just seemed annoyed at me as i told her my symptoms. She invalidated every concern i was having. Im disgusted. Maybe there was a reason why she had a last minute same day appointment available.

In December 2021, my son saw Kendra Joseph to remove a wart or some kind of growth from his knee. She put a couple of thin bandages on it and by the time we got to Union Square - only about 4 blocks away - he was gushing blood. We ran into the CVS on 14th Street where he bled all over the aisles and I frantically ran around trying to find the most absorbent bandages I could. (Which cost a small fortune, btw.) I recently went to their Exton PA location to have them look at a couple of warts, which they proceeded to try to remove with a freeze spray (did not work well) that took a total of about 5 minutes. I subsequently received a patient due bill for $130! They billed my insurance $800 for "Destruct Premalg Lesion". Beware and always make sure you ask upfront what your out of pocket $ will cost before any medical procedure! I also gave them my medicare card as back up and they tried to bill them even more, but it was declined.... read more

Receptionist was very friendly but that was about it. The provider Dr. Joseph was supposed to give me a full skin exam as this was my first time at a dermatologist. She asked me why I was there and I told her about one concern but aside from that she didn't perform the exam and I left feeling like it was a waste of a co-pay. I'm sure my insurance is going to be billed some crazy rate. The total time spent with Dr. Joseph was under 5 mins.

Rude. Lack of bedside manner and overall customer service via telephone is awful! These services have gone downhill and I will be finding a new clinic to go to!
