Kendra Joseph was incredibly rude during my visit. Her bedside manner was alarming, and made me feel stupid during my consultation. She kept asking me "do you understand" after she was explaining things to me in a condescending manner, and then rolled her eyes at me and showed visible frustration when I said I didn't and decided to get my medication sent to my local pharmacy (they have their own pharmacy set up) Outside of the recommendations, I came out of the derm's office feeling defeated and down due to a really rude ex... read more
I honestly, truly have daily anger and sadness every time I look at the permanent, ugly red dime shaped red scar I received from what I think was an unneccessary shave biopsy given to me by Dr. Hammerman at Schweiger Dermatology. It looks like someone put a hot cigar out on my skin, and is much worse looking than what I had before the biopsy. I came in with a spot that did not look like melanoma that turned out to be a non-cancerous keratosis after the biopsy. Dr. Hammerman entered the room with food in his mouth, rudely s... read more
This was the first time I went to see a doctor and returned without actually seeing the doctor. Why? I made to my scheduled appointment 10min earlier, and waited the doctor for more than half an hour. The doctor(s) were apparently so behind his/her schedule which resulted an over-flooded waiting room. (There were over 10 people waiting at one point.) When I inquired about the waiting time, the receptionist told me that he had no idea at this point instead of offering me to quick check in with the doctor. Long story short, ... read more
I got a procedure done here years ago for a removal of a "precancerous mole" and the doctor said I would be left with a small scar. Well that is not the case and ever since seeing my other dermatologists they all said it was a horrible job. I am left with a terrible ugly crooked scar on my leg! After reading about all these scams I am now worried about whether I even had a problem to begin with. It makes me sick to even write this. I wouldn't recommend going to a chain like this. Do your research on your doctors and practice... read more
If you do not want scars after extractions, then do not visit this clinic or any other 'extraction' places that claim to transform you. I made 5 visits back in 2015 and I had no idea the amount of scarring I would be left with. I suffered burst capillaries from the woman who squeezed my pores and cysts so hard that her hands would shake on my face. She used her tools like the needle to burst my cysts and used some products and light therapy. When family and friends and my doctor examined my skin with proper tools much lat... read more

Absolute WORST doctors office experience I've ever had. They will do everything to get you to use a different pharmacy company that they have a deal with, and if you request to use your pharmacy they will send over a brand name medication that does not have a generic version and therefore not covered by insurance. They know this in advance and use it to make you use their pharmaceutical servise. Its a scam! I have been calling since the office opened requesting that a generic medication prescription be sent over and they kee... read more
Went to see doctor hammerman for laser treatment. The overall experience is very bad. Appointment getting rescheduled without notice. His assistant is so impatient and careless. When asking her questions , easy to get impatient. We are here not only to get treatment. But also need to know what is going on and why. She told me everything is all set for my prescription. But the other one told me they do not know my pharmacy. When I got confused about the medicine and asked her , she just got impatient. Of course. We are not ... read more

I went here a few months ago for my annual skin check and it was wonderful! So when I recently started having some facial skin issues I decided to go back. I made an appointment with dr hammerman and I wish I never did! He was so rushed, barely listening to anything I said and didn't even look at the infected area/dry skin under my eye. He immediately prescribed me 3 different things - none of which should be used around the eye and none are for treating dry skin. Not too happy about this, spent $150+ on prescriptions that a... read more

I will absolutely never go back to this office again. I went in for an annual skin cancer screen, was diagnosed with something else as part of that visit and was not only billed for an annual screen but an office visit. I don't understand how a diagnosis that was part of an annual screen would be an incremental visit/billing. This is the shadiest business practice I have ever seen from a doctor and I would never recommend anyone have to tolerate that. The Dr. I saw was fantastic but alas I will never go back.
