As soon as I arrived, the front desk secretary greeted me and proceeded to explain the registration procedure. My wait time was not long and I was seen by nurse practitioner.

Overall appointment with Erin Courtney, NP was quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, the medication I was prescribed required prior authorization. The front staff hasn’t started the insurance process 2+ weeks after my appointment which has delayed treatment. They also do not follow up on call attempts for an update.
