SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This has been THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had with a dermatologist office.! They lie, ignore your calls, tell you they’re going to do something and ended up doing NOTHING. I was supposed to get 2 prescriptions sent out since a week ago and I’ve been calling nonstop and no one in the front desk picks up, they would always sent me to a call center; I even tried texting them and then they finally got back to me on Friday (one week after) they promised me they were finally sending the ... read more

Dr. Tina wasn’t very friendly. She made us make an appointment to come see her then she didn’t see my son at the appointment and told us to go to another Dermatology. It was very unofficial and I was very upset. I will never go back to Hackensack office.
