WOW! Do not do medical business with this place. I wish I had read the reviews first, but I didn't and now I am literally paying the price. They are just obscenely corrupt and incompetent. I went about 18 months ago to have some lesions removed from my back. They said "up to 14 lesions" for like $225. I was told it was considered cosmetic surgery as none of the lesions were suspicious. I've been calling about a referral for over a month. Not only do they not answer their calls and they don't call back, but the voicemail tells you not to call them repeatedly... Also you can see the response to my review. That was left automatically, moments after I posted my review. It looks like they're using AI to reply to reviews, because it doesn't even address my actual problem. This place is trash

paid $132 just for Dr. luchetti to tell me that my skin is just sensitive....how do i give negative stars?
The worst! It took me over eight months to get an appointment. The doctors there don't stay very long. I think that says something for the practice.
Why is it that CA Skin Institute responds only to positive reviews and dismiss complaints? Reading back thru the reviews I see no responses from the company to any negative reviews cited. Why are they being dismissed? I saw Dr Luchetti for very simple strictly cosmetic procedure: using liquid nitrogen on superficial brown (sun or age) spots, something I had done with other Dermatologists many times. The entire staff are wonderful human beings with kindness and compassion. Dr. Crispin is patient with her exceptional skills. She truly cares for her patients and makes you feel calm as she completes her individual procedures. I felt I mattered as a patient and honored to be referred to her! Highly recommend!
I've been through 3 different dermatologists in this office for a few years. Today I saw Dr. Luchetti for my yearly skin check. She was very nice and I felt she thoroughly checked my skin. I need to use sunscreen All THE TIME! I would recommend Dr. Luchetti.
Saw Dr Luchetti yesterday for an annual checkup. She does not listen , was very cursory in her inspection and not particularly pleasant. Find someone else.
They do not deserve even one star. I have been calling and leaving messages for three weeks trying to make an appointment and no-one has return my calls.
