Saw Dr. Crispin for the first time in February at the Salinas office about a 3X6 inch rash and hair loss on the back of my scalp. My regular MD. referred me after taking a look at it. She said that she saw nothing. Went back in March and the morning or my appoint I also woke up with my face red burning, and swollen and a crusty rash on my eyelids . She asked if I wanted to do something about my burning face, lids or the rash. So I picked rash and she told me it was a birthmark that went unnoticed until now. The problem wit... read more

This is an update of my review 01/29/2021. I was sent a $75.00 invoice for a "no-show" of my appointment. I emailed the office Manager, Jennifer,who was made aware of the previous issues. She immediately contacted me and was told and sent an email to disregard this invoice as it was sent out from their billing office,which is at another location. The office is very nice, easy to park, and easy to get to near Ryan Ranch. I had an appointment with Dr. Crispin and I felt like she didn't listen to me and was very condescending. I think she missed a couple of spots in my exam and definitely didn't explain anything. I felt like because I was just there for a skin exam she didn't care. I would not go to them again because of her dismissive attitude.
A friend in the medical profession recommended Dr. Milene Crispin to me. Dr. Crispin has educated me on no-nonsense, effective, long-term skin care, and now, all of my friends (including younger ones) are asking me what I'm doing. Skip the expensive, short-term department store products, and go see Dr. Crispin instead. She is also a lovely person.
My husband came here to have two moles removed. the doctor was extremely rude and had zero bedside manner and asked him if he knew how much money this was going to cost. He proceeded to make my husband feel very uncomfortable and removed the moles in a very non-gentle way. I would never recommend this place and I wish that there were not doctors like this who should not be servicing the public. Had an appointment with Dr Henry today regarding a few things I wanted to discuss. He only addressed one of the items I marked as concerns on their checklist. I brought up that I had recent increase in breakouts and he prescribed me a medication, told the assistant and he walked out. The assistant handed me a flyer, told me to see the receptionist and walked out. And just like that my appointment was over.
Excellent service, very friendly staff. Dr Bolante was extremely informative and shared her expertise on how best for me to proceed.
Dr. Bolante is great, but the staff leaves much to be desired. If and when they finally return a phone call, they are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Today was the second time I've experienced their rudeness, so I just had to say something. I hope the docs notice this and hire more professional people to staff the front.
I had to reschedule my appointment that I had for 3 months due to a family loss. I called twice and left a message, I guess they are too busy to answer the phone. Then today I get a call from a girl to confirm my appt. for tomorrow. I explained I had already left 2 messages that I would like to reschedule and nobody has returned my call so she gave me an appointment in Feb.
