Dr. K. spent less than 5 min with us, including a 2 min “complete skin exam”. We had waited months for this visit. It has been the most disappointing specialist consultation I had ever experienced.
This facility scheduled is horrible it takes months to get in and two of the female doctors I have seen here are both not friendly and kinda sarcastic. I will not be back here.
The worst treatment I ever have received by a Dr. I should have walked out but I had to bear it. Painful procedure plus stitches. I could feel everything . I was already crying from the manner in which this Dr. approached me. Rude, disrespectful, and no care whatsoever for patients feelings. Horrible bedside manners. I don’t ever want to return there horrible expierance!!!!!!

They do not treat their patients well. I’m still waiting for my rx to be called in and I was seen in March. I have left 3 messages and spoke to someone yesterday. All she did is argue that it was called in. WTF it’s cream, I asked are you worried I’m abusing it, overdosing. Ridiculous. I’d give negative stars if I could. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 There are plenty of other yelp reviews of patients that were not happy with them either.
My time with my provider over the past 1.5 years has been fine. At times it feels rushed. If I have skin-related questions unrelated to my referral diagnosis code it feels like I’m taking up extra time. One plus is there is always little wait time to be seen by the provider but communication between appointments has always been a struggle or completely lacking. This RANT is NOT for the doctor but for the HORRIBLE front desk office staff. They are very rude and unprofessional. It took me 2 months to get appointment rescheduled today with Dr. Bolante. Not only did I take an UNPAID day off to keep this appointment which is an necessity, but did have my car stall on the freeway in the middle OF A heavy RAINSTORM. This was a joke. Dr. Henry didn’t ask me a single question about my daughters skin concern. He came in and announced a condition (maybe assuming I was dumb and wouldn’t remember a big word?) However, I am familiar with the condition he said it was and if he had even asked me one question about what we have noticed at home with my daughter’s skin he would know, as I do, that this is not the problem.
