Dr. Bolante is great, but the staff leaves much to be desired. If and when they finally return a phone call, they are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Today was the second time I've experienced their rudeness, so I just had to say something. I hope the docs notice this and hire more professional people to staff the front.

I had to reschedule my appointment that I had for 3 months due to a family loss. I called twice and left a message, I guess they are too busy to answer the phone. Then today I get a call from a girl to confirm my appt. for tomorrow. I explained I had already left 2 messages that I would like to reschedule and nobody has returned my call so she gave me an appointment in Feb. You can call but no answer just leave message. I seen Dr Henry today 940 appt out by 10 am. My primary care doctor wanted him to remove a mole and biopsy it but he decided there was nothing wrong with any mole. Did decide to cut out a cyst. But to me it takes more then five minutes to decide things to me. Needs better bed side manners.

Well I'm sure the doctors & everything is else fine. But that desk lady is absolutely rude. I was just waiting for my sister to come out of her appointment and she told me in an unnecessary tone of voice "Yea you need to wait outside, you can't wait in here" She was being a cold for no reason. If she had told me in a nice way that would've been perfectly fine. But she did not, so she ruined my day today.

Technically excellent. Sadly, customer service excreable. Went there last fall for appointment. Tiffany Wimatt and her assistant Ariana did a great job of diagnosing the problem and treating certain areas. Needed a particular follow-on treatment. Scheduled. Day before appointment some young lady calls, says no insurance authorization. Call insurance, get authorization, provide number to the young lady. "Oh, I put in TWO authorizations!" If I could rate it lower than a one-star, I would. My provider was Dr. Pederson, at first meeting him he seemed like a jolly old man who knew his stuff. However, after four appointments with him and no conclusion to my problem, I knew he is too far out of the game to be treating. I went in all four times with the same condition, irritated rashy skin all over my body. He saw me two times and gave zero solutions, but still wanted me to continue following up with him. I went in to remove 4 small skin tags. Had a preliminary appointment, was quoted a price of $95 plus analysis of the tissue and was scheduled for the procedure in 2 weeks. Seemed manageable and straight-forward, simple task. I paid $95 at the office and 6 weeks later received a bill for $308 which includes the tissue analysis and a $190 extra fee I was not told about. I get that cosmetic items are non-essential but my PPO insurance covered a partial cost and I'm still paying $400 total for an 8-minute removal of 4 skin tags.... read more

i am very appalled they have this rude front desk clerk named kelly with anger issues. it was my first and last time at this place, and i will not put up with that attitude towards me, please get rid of her and maybe i will come back.
