$75 for a 5 minute visit! Took 3 months to get the appointment. When I arrived I mentioned I had a spot on my face that I wanted looked at, she said because my appointment was for a cosmetic consult , she couldn't look at the spot. Are you kidding?? I spent $75 for her to recommend fillers. The internet could have done that for free.

Dr Henry is the worst doctor I've ever been to in my life. Do NOT go to him. He doesn't listen, is always in a rush, doesn't care about his patients. I asked in one of my appointments for a recommendation for a good acne friendly sunscreen and his response was "I'm sure you can figure it out". What the heck? So what am I coming to you for. My skin has never looked worse than it does now after using the products he's prescribed. I wish I'd never gone to him.

You deserve better. Seriously. Dr. Christina Bolante is the worst! Run.... I waited a long time for my appointment and was excited to see Dr. Bolante. I have a lot of skin imperfections, some broken capillaries and I've never had any real dermotology care. I'm at the age now where I really want to perfect my skin and I was also interested in any cosmetic procedures they may offer to reduce redness and the broken capillaries. The office staff are so rude, in person and over the phone, everytime I've called or come in. You should atleast fake being nice when you're dealing with customers. I mean I know it's Monday but sheesh.

I Always have a great experience in this office. Dr Bolante, the receptionist and the nurses are very kind and knowledgeable. Also It truly impresses me how quickly they always get back to me when I leave a voicemail question for the Dr. Very happy to be a client here.

The $75 consultation consisted of asking what I wanted done; then, she wrote a price list for each procedure. There were no before or after pictures that would relate to each procedure or even a mirror to show possible changes. It was very disappointing.

I have seen two different MDs at CSI over the last few years. There was 3 years between my last 2 appointments. I filled out new patient history because of the time lapse. My last 2 appointments were for routine skin checks, but I didn't feel like either MD did a thorough exam. I was told to leave my bra and underwear on, which covers quite a bit of skin. Dr. Henry didn't even look at my new history paperwork. He kept refering to my old medications even though I told him my updates were in the new paperwork. He didn't notice... read more

Horrible! Dr Garrett made me feel as if had no concern for my visits. Always in a hurry!! Never asked if I had any questions. Prescribed an ointment without letting me know that is was not covered by my insurance. Just handed a piece of paper and telling me it was coming from Iowa. Didn't tell me I would be receding a call from Iowa regarding my prescription but it would be mailed me. Never going back. Telling everyone else.

CSI has taken very good care of me. I have seen multiple doctors over the years for several different reasons and I have always been treated very well.
