Dr Wolf knows her stuff. She's smart, considers all possibilities and doesn't just resort to writing a script. She is the only derm that actually answered my kids questions about acne and eczema (please stop with the Google searches!) So different from many others we've seen. She also does GREAT cosmetic work. She's done my lip fillers, my botox, and done lasers for numerous friends (which I will explore next with her!)

The receptionist and appointment staff are extremely unprofessional and very unorganized, poor with communication and have difficulty doing very simple tasks. There are far too many options these days to deal with inefficient, rude front desk staff. I left multiple messages on the answering machine for appointments (because they never pick up the phone) and never received calls back. When you do get through, they put you on hold. This review is for Dr Wolfe and the staff at CSI. I credit my clear skin to Dr Wolfe! I've been seeing her for the last 10+ years for annual skin checkups and for the times when I have had pesky breakouts (hormonal, post baby, etc) she saves my skin! Actually, whenever my family has a skin issue, I refer them to her. Dr Wolfe is a no nonsense provider who always tries to find the best solution for all her patients. Also, I've never had to wait long to see her. Her staff works hard to make sure things move along!

I only go to them because of the amazing work that Candy does on extractions. She is the best facial technician i have been to since moving to SF. She is very careful and thorough. And no pain no gain. If you truly want to get treatment and the best of service, she is the one to see. Because she is so good, she always has full appointments so prebook in advance!! Awesome lady!

I've been going to see Candy for my extractions/skin care for over 2 years. She was recommended to me by my dermatologist. I was hesitant at first but wish I had started seeing her sooner. My skin has improved so much since I started seeing her about my skin. I used to have lots of hard little bumps all over my chin and around my nose. Not anymore! I rate this place 3 stars because all of the team is very nice. I came to this place for my acne. I walked into the room & got out in less than 5 mins. For the money I paid for... i felt like this was a rip off.. I would not recommend anyone with acne to come here. They just give you some ointments or ask you to consider accutane. I was hoping a better understanding into my skin concerns. Not look at my skin & have me walk out in 5 minutes.

I am surprised by the negative reviews on Dr. Susan Wolf I have been seeing Dr. Wolf for years and she has always been courteous punctual and professional what more could you want from a doctor

Every time I write a review for this company it gets taken down. It does not show on my feed. So here's another one let's see how long they let this stay. This office does not but their claims needs first. I was dealing with a skin condition for the first time. For a full year I suffered. By me changing medical insurance . I see that they are no help for skin issues. Please do not use them for that.

Dr. Wolf is better suited for research in a lab behind closed doors not seeing patients in the office on a daily basis. I was hoping that getting passed her demeanor (an icicle exudes more heat than Dr. Wolf), I would be met by competence. She seemed entirely uninterested in my skin issues, seemingly annoyed at my questions and provided one or two word answers.
