I saw Dr. Wolff regarding three issues. She attended to each issue professionally and expeditiously. Dr. Wolff impressed me as a knowledgeable and experienced dermatologist who I will continue to visit for dermatological issues. I had an appointment with Dr. Wolf. Don't let the Yale and Stanford degrees fool you. I went in to have a Lipoma removed. She ended up letting me know that she would rather not do the procedure. I thought well, since I am here, Ill ask about facial laser. She left and her esthetician came in to tell me all about it. That was the end of my visit. I got a bill in the mail 2 weeks later for a $75 consultation fee. I disputed it with claims that it was unethical to not let a client know that there is a fee for that before hand. ... read more

If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like a pawn in a big government agency, that's the one! I have been consistently disappointed by the lousy service at this place: 7 receptionist buzzing in front of you, yet none of them is available to check you in. Once they finally do, they send you out of the way over to a waiting room with no indication of when you'll be picked up for the next waiting spot. Dr Susan Wolf is a phony. I went to see her again recently, with the same finger/skin issue ive had for over 3 years. Did she fix it? No. when i asked her how this happened, she said " HOW SHOULD I KNOW?" As if it was an insane question. When I asked her " When do you think I will start feeling better, she again replied with " HOW SHOULD I KNOW?" This woman went to Yale and Stanford? HAHAHAHHA year right. Firstly, there are a lot of bad personalities in this office; from the front desk to Dr. Wolff. But now I have a problem with their billing. They didn't collect my copay during my visit but billed me consistently to the wrong address. I corrected the address with their front desk staff more than once! I began getting calls from their billing office but each time I called back, no one answered. I went as far as leaving 2 alternate phone numbers on their voicemail. I don't know what is Dr. Wolf's problem, but she really should not be a doctor to treat patients. Her bedside manner is TERRIBLE, not only is she uncaring, but also answered questions with a HIGHLY condescending attitude. When I asked "how do you think this happened"? She replied with "How should I know?" When I asked, "When do you think I will heal?" She replied with "How should I know?" She acted as if I was insane. I wrote this review with Dr. Munyon began practicing there less than a year ago. Dr. M moves around more than a three-year-old toddler who just learned to walk. Apparently he has now moved to Palm Springs after less than a year at California skin Institute. I called today was put on hold and asked some questions and of course no one can help me and no one's there and no one has called me back. Dr Wolf knows her stuff. She's smart, considers all possibilities and doesn't just resort to writing a script. She is the only derm that actually answered my kids questions about acne and eczema (please stop with the Google searches!) So different from many others we've seen. She also does GREAT cosmetic work. She's done my lip fillers, my botox, and done lasers for numerous friends (which I will explore next with her!)

The receptionist and appointment staff are extremely unprofessional and very unorganized, poor with communication and have difficulty doing very simple tasks. There are far too many options these days to deal with inefficient, rude front desk staff. I left multiple messages on the answering machine for appointments (because they never pick up the phone) and never received calls back. When you do get through, they put you on hold.
