I'm so glad I came across California Skin Institute! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I was very pleased with my first time experience, the staff here made me feel comfortable from the consolations to the procedures.

Concerned about this establishment! Been trying to get an appointment for 4 weeks now. Left multiple voicemails with zero phone call returns. As of today I will actually make a corporate complaint as well as find a new location.

The lady over the phone is very rude and disconnected the call while I am asking the reasons to explain the bill of 300 Dollars for a 10 minutes dermatology consultation with non M.D. There is no zero rating otherwise I would have given zero rating.

I had an appointment on Monday, 6/21. I recently moved and was looking for a new dermatologist. There was a 30 min wait past my appointment time before I could see Dr. Morales. I came in to have an annual skin check for cancerous moles and a refill on prescriptions (told her which ones and the strength/dosage). My entire appointment lasted 15 minutes. Very impersonal visit. The provider spoke very fast & I couldn't understand what she was saying. When I asked her to slow down & repeat what she said, her assistant simply wrote it down & handed it to me! When she was done she just walked out of the office. I had to find my way back to the front, no signs. No one seemed to care or offered help. I felt like a number & they were just trying to see as many patients as possible. I left there dumbfounded & disappointed for Los Gatos!!

Very disappointed how a mole removal procedure went. Called multiple times to talk through what happened and no call backs. Also tried to get a prescription filled and they won't do it without an in person appointment. We won't be back.

Dr Anjali Morales is absolutely wonderful!! She is very welcoming and thorough. You do not see many Doctors now a days taking their time with their patients. I would recommend the California Skin Institute to everyone and highly recommend you ask for Dr Morales.

What I witnessed today made me sick to my stomach. An elderly female patient arrived at the reception desk five minutes after her scheduled appointment time. They told her they would have to check with the doctor to see if she could still be seen being soooo late. A couple of minutes later they told her she would have to reschedule and when the patient was told that she said I'm only late because the parking at your facility is terrible and that delayed her. My review is not from a recent appointment, but deserves to be shared! I moved to CA from the Midwest and after the move I started having really bad skin rashes. I have eczema, but hadn't struggled with it since I was a little kid. I started breaking out in bad rashes on my legs and could not get it under control, no matter what I did.
