Dr Morales is an outstanding dermatologist. She is very competent. She has a wonderful personality that makes you feel happy and very satisfied with her services. I always feel better when I leave her office. Carol Larry Dauch

Best place to go great service Dr. Mutiganda explained everything in clarity if I ever need anything else done I sure will go there sadly they have multiple clinics so he is only there on Tuesdays but he did a great job and recommend asking for him as he knows what he is doing

Customer service in billing is rude and uninformed. Statements come with notations that are not explained and customer service "can not see what the charges are for, only the amounts." When I requested to speak to someone who could explain, Sabrina (billing person) informed me I was "yelling at her and being rude and would note that on our account."

I'm writing yelp to warn potential customers about this office. After a visit they called me and said I needed a biopsy. They stated they would get authorization from my insurance and call me but never called. So I called them gave my info and they then called me stating they had authorization I was seen a biopsy was done. Then they began harassing me very very Rude on the phone. Wish I checked yelp before wasting time booking an appointment. Show up at 8:10 for my appointment (scheduler said I'd be first patient of the day) waited in the room till 9 with no guidance why it's been almost an hour with no visit from a doctor or even nurse. Still was billed. I had to leave to get to work. Seems to be the norm for patients here.

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Poor administration. Sub-standard services. I wish my experience had been better because I live down the road from them. I went here for the first time in 2017 to have DNP removal which is a fairly easy and standard procedure. I was told the scabs will fall off in a couple of weeks to reveal clear skin. Instead, I was left with scarring at almost every scab site. When I called them, I was told the scars will fade in a month. After a month, the scarring looked the same. I had an appointment at 10am. Was put in a room and told I'd be seen in a few minutes. At 10:35 I came out of the room to see what was taking so long. I was told my appt. was actually at 10:30, which is not what my appt. card said. I asked why I would be put in a room for half hour, the nurse assistance shrugged. I told her to cancel my appt. and she literally rolled her eyes and pulled my chart from the door to the room and walked away. This was a total disrespect to my time and will never be back.

Filled out tons of paperwork, waited 20 minutes past my appointment time, Doctor came in asked why I was there, explained I needed skin check since I have had melanoma and squamous cell cancers. She ran a light across my skin, never asked one question. She then said nothing suspicious, nice to meet you and left. 5 minutes total, not one question, never said if I should come back for future checks. It's like a revolving door, so busy there's no time to spend with "customers" except when they want your payment information.
