I had ONE visit where I was supposed to be seen for both my eczema and back acne. During my visit I was told I could only be seen for one thing and I would have to make another appointment for another consultation. The appointment all together took less than 5 minutes where the doctor quickly glanced at my back and "prescribed" over the counter Panoxyl body wash. I missed a call from CSI today and called back assuming that I was called regarding an upcoming appointment that I have. When I called the number back, the person who answered the phone might have been the rudest person I've ever spoke to. I called and said I was returning a missed call and they responded in a way that made me sound like I'm dumb for simply returning a call. They said "Did they leave a message? Tony at the front desk may have been the rudest front desk office person I've ever spoken to. After hearing great recommendations about two doctors here, I called to schedule an appointment. Obviously, my first question to Tony was to ask if they take my insurance. Tony abruptly and curtly said "you have to call your insurance yourself to ask if we take it". I don't leave reviews often but I am in complete dismay at how rude and unprofessional the front desk staff has been during my experience here. I have visited the office multiple times as well as dealt with them via telephone and have received unwarranted attitude from multiple staff members almost every time.

To be very honest, I did not know what to expect. Dr.Mak-Fung was quick in telling me exactly what my skin issue was and prescribed some ointments. She wrote everything down so I could look it up later. But all said and done, I was still confused but the doctor already left. The nurse explained some to me but I was still a little mixed. That being said, the ointments the doctor had me use is simply beyond amazing -three days now and my skin is looking much better. I wish I had seen this doctor before!

I have been calling CSI for the last week and a half to both their billing and main office, I have left messages and NO ONE has called back or answered any of my 34 calls that I have made in the last week and a half. I need to talk to someone about a bill, that I also received a day before the due date, all of this is completely unacceptable. I scheduled an appointment at least a month ago for 8am today. I traveled 45 minutes in traffic to ensure I arrived timely. I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment, as I was waiting in my car, they called and cancelled my appoint and stated their was a family emergency with my clinician. No other explanation. I talked to the manager and explained my situation as I cancelled meetings and left early to respect their time and while I understand things come up, don't they have a backup? The answer was no. I have been a patient with Dr. Mak-Fung in this place since this year. The clinic itself is very clean and well-kept; they obviously have good business and income to support such a high-end clinic. So far, everyone I have met is friendly including my doctor. Dr. Mak-Fung herself is very professional and empathetic as a doctor, but often I feel that she rushes from patient to patient.
