They were very quick to return our call. They came as scheduled, a few days later. They quickly fixed the problem and checked the other windows to be sure they were working correctly, too. Fixing a crank window that would no longer close

He went above and beyond for me. I told him my longtimeplans to not rehab my basement, and he gave me a better, less expensive plan,however,one that he could not fulfill. He referred me tosomeone to work on my windows for the time being and advised me what could be done to my windows30 years from now. I was very impressed. He didn't take advantage of me but rather he described a better idea. I wanted an estimate on installing basement windows.
From start to finish we couldn't be happier with the job Scientific did! Jon was able to accomodate my work schedule and meet me later in the evening in order to give an estimate. He took the time to answer all of our questions and we felt his pricing was very reasonable. Once ordered, the windows arrived in approximately 6 weeks and we were able to schedule installation immediately. Before buying the deal, the owner promptly responded to my inquiry re: whether or not the company serviced my area. Once confirmed, I bought the deal and scheduled the service immediately. The assigned technician, Victor, contacted me within hours. He was able to accommodate my schedule and put me on the calendar for an appointment the next week. see above While the service person was slightly late, he did a thorough and professional job. He checked all windows and made adjustments as necessary. I can tell the improvement in my family room - hugh reduction in drafts. I would recommend this service and use them again.
This is the third time I have used them. I used them before for a sliding glass door and an upstairs bathroom window. John and Jay arrived early which was great. Covered their shoes, covered the furniture located in the area where they were working. They did a very good job pulling the old windows and installing the new ones. They cleaned up after they were done, another super job! Had the whole first floor windows of my home replaced.

Victor did the best he could with the windows. He calked every window, and went above and beyond in his dedication to his work. I was very happy with him and his superb attitude, and I would definitely call upon this company again if I needed them. I highly recommend this group. The air leaks in the windows were sealed.
Went well - arrived on time in spite of lousy winter weather, got needed information in less that 24 hours, which was critical, as we were under sever time pressure. Needed a very detailed home inspection/estimate by a GC, having found potentially serious issues with an inspection while under contract review, prior to buying a house. I needed a broken window fixed fast. I e-mailed two contractors late last night. Victor called this morning and stopped in on his way to work to measure. I think that's less than 12 hours.
