Everything went great. No complaints. Very nice gentleman showed up at about 9:15 this morning and worked diligently through the windows on the bottom floor and then the top floor. We recently purchased "The Big Deal" for window adjustment and sealing and repair of screens. He did a fantastic job with the windows and screens. Fine, was prompt and very nice. Just seemed like they offered this deal to tell you your windows are bad and you are in need of new ones. This was a "Big Deal" with fixing and sealing windows. The work was done, but we feel as if 90 minutes for this work seemed low. The tech did what he could but basically it was installing small Styrofoam blocks to the top of our windows, replaced a screen

Unfortunately, it's a very general coupon and depending on the condition of the windows really determined on how much we could improve the windows. We actually have not sold any windows off of the big deal. Victor has stayed in the residences as long as needed for 90 minutes up to 5 hours depending on the work that needs to be performed. Great experience! Arrivedpromptly for the estimate and was very good at walking me through the options and what they would look like in our particular application. Their estimate was significantly cheaper than any of the other Angie's List companies I had come estimate the job. With the down payment they went ahead and ordered the door for me. The owner came out and supervised the work of Victor, who was very knowledgable, and they did a great job on helping me get a better seal on my older windows. I bought a Big Deal for $175 for a Complete Window Air Leak Seal and Adjustment.

I am very pleased with the service provided. When the renter to this unit moved out, it appeared the window was fine. When I cleaned the windows, however, this vinyl double-hung would not close. Apparently the original installer was no longer in business, so I looked to Angie's List for help. Obviously, I needed someone to fix it quickly in January. John was very professional and walked me through all the options and prices. Due to southern exposure, three windows need replacement. Took about 4-6 weeks for windows to arrive. First trip out they replaced 2 of the three. One window was not measured properly. Took another 4-6 weeks to get the replacement. Luckily not in a rush to have replaced. Look great and Mike the installer was also professional. Would recommend again. 3 new windows replaced, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 transit window above sliding door
I would use this company again without hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone. The cost for the repair was less than half of a local company that we received a quote from. Very professional and excellent work. I had a window replaced. Victor came out and was extremely professional. He called me that day with a few questions that I had. The glass came in early and was able to be replaced before Christmas.
From beginning to end, the process was smooth and very satisfying. I am a first-time homeowner and this was the first project I brought someone else in to do. Jon came out to do the original quote/estimate and was very helpful. He gave me some great ideas not just for these replacements but for some other projects I'm lining up for the future. The experience was excellent. They provided excellent workmanship and left no mess. The windows are great and I researched the product and it’s excellent. They were easy to work with and friendly, too! They replaced about half of the windows in our home.
