unknown The project was to replace old, bad quality vinyl windows in a second floor apartment of a two flat and three windows of a house. From the first email, Jon and the staff were professional, efficient, responsive, clear, no-nonsense. They came when they said they would and got the job done. I liked that they are a smallish firm that has its own workers rather than a bigger company that farms out installation. My tenants were happy and I felt I could trust them.

The salesman Jon was very informative, punctual, and responsive. I did my research on vinyl windows so he made sure to explain his product even better. After the deal was made, questions or concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. The installation crew were courteous, also punctual, and hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves well. I had a great experience from start to finish. Two men arrived exactly when they said they would and started work immediately. They took great care of the furniture by covering them all up with plastic sheets and cleaned up completely after they were finished. I don't think they even took a lunch break because they kept working meticulously until all the work was completed. They were very professional and cordial. The provider replaced 4 bedroom windows.

The provider did a great job sealing leaks in my windows. Put clear silicon seal on all windows

Everything turned out well. They were very thorough in their assessment of the windows, they cleaned up after themselves, and the scheduling was simple. Furthermore, their work has improved the windows to a certain point. Unfortunately, they weren't as effective as they could have beendue to design issues with the windows themselves. I purchased a Big Deal for them to seal air leaks in my windows.

They had to come back and seal around the windows. For some reason it wasn't done. Also had issues with a couple of the windows not staying up. They came back and repaired them and they work perfectly now. Installed New Storm Windows

They are hard workers-came back a couple of times to answer questions and concerns I had. Thanks! we replaced almost every window in our home. These guys have been wonderful to work with! I am so grateful for all they have done! They are professoinal and make every effort to make sure you are pleased with their work.

Victory is the window service repair guy. He is busy, so expect to wait a bit to get an appointment. On the possitive side, Victory was honest and a nice guy. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and he even replaced a few broken latches for free. I honestly cannot remember the exact price paid to fix three windows, but $375 is about right.
