I contacted Scientific Home Services LTD after seeing their amazing reviews here on Angie's List. Let's just say the reviews are spot-on! I have a rehabbed condo/loft in a building that was built around 1920. The loft conversion was done around 2000. Like many rehabbed buildings, the developers tend to be shady, using cheap products and less than average installers. Fair price. On Time, clean, professional, excellent workmanship, quality and results. Recommended highly. One of our windows would not operate after couple of months. I wanted to replace the old wood storm and screen system on my 1940 cinder-block house. The old screens were falling apart and were difficult to use. I looked into replacement windows but really like my old windows. There are cheaper versions of a triple track storm window you can buy but these from Scientific are very high quality. Triple track storm windows allow you to switch between storms and screens from the inside - slide one up and pull the other down into place. Very convenient. We are very satisfied. This is the 2nd time we have used Scientific for windows. Jon our salesman is professional, likable and very helpful in finding the right product . A basement window would not crank shut completely and the break caused a lot of air leakage. It was one of a set of three windows in a single frame and the alternatives were to fix the broken window so it would shut firmly or replace the whole set. Replacing just one window was not an option. I was informed that the fix to the broken window would not allow it to be opened all the way. We highly recommend Scientific Home Services, they have great products, and great people who do great work. Replaced 14 windows in our home. They did an excellent job. We would have used this provider, but the person in our house that needed the upgrades was moved into a nursing facility. We will not be making the changes planned. We asked for a quote on a window to replace a glass block bathroom window so that we could install a specialty bath for an elderly mother. Provider was professional, prompt, great adise, and gave a reasonable quote

Victor was awesome. He was honest about my windows and what I should do in the meantime to prevent air from coming in. We actually got a quote from his company a week later on replacing our windows. I purchased a Big Deal from Scientific Home Services.
