We met Matthew of Scott Services when he did the inspection for the couple buying our condo. He was fantastic, highly experienced and thorough. We were so impressed we used him for our own following purchase Which we close 5 days after our sale. This time we dealt the office first. Easy to order, easy to schedule, timely reminders and forms. Pleased with my experience at Scott Home inspection. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. The inspector was flexible when the schedule changed. The report came very quickly post inspection. It was thorough, easy to interpret and easy to access anywhere from their online portal. A+ experience!

Scott Home Inspection Company is absolutely first rate! Their response time was great, the office staff very accommodating even calling back several times with answers to my questions and the inspector was very knowledgeable, thorough, and organized. Their final inspection report was great detailing everything with pictures. Don't even THINK about working with somebody else. Make your move as smooth and easy as possible. For quality work at an affordable price, call Scott's first!
We asked for a home inspection, sewer line inspection and a radon inspection. The service was prompt, very detailed and the price was great. They were inspecting a 6000+ square foot house and spent 6 hours in the inspection. I have bought many homes and had many inspections and I never felt more confident in the quality of the work and the price. This was for sure a 5 Star Experience
We were extremely pleased with Scott Home Inspection. They were very thorough and spent a lot of time with me to help me understand areas of concern. I would definitely recommend them!
