The inspector was very thorough and informative. They took the time to explain everything to me, which as a first time home buyer was very nerve wracking. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable - I would recommend this company to anyone!
We purchased a home with a quick closing. Scott Home Inspection was able to see us next business day I was amazed. Scheduling was super easy, great communication, and easy pay online. Todd our inspector was great and took the time to review everything with us. Conprehensive report came the next day. Whole experience was easy and great!
Had our future home inspection last week by Todd. He did a great job inspecting every nook and cranny that he had access to. Really took his time and did not rush and gave a great through detailed report on everything he checked and what recommendations on who can help with any issues that he came across. The report was sent in just couple hours after his inspection.
They did a great inspection and explained everything to us after the inspection. We also received a great written report via email.

Scott Home Inspection is a wonderful, trustworthy service. SIX STARS!!!!! We have used Jeff Trousil as our inspector for the last 3 properties (2019, 2020 and 2021) we have purchased in Greeley, CO. Our last Report on 12/21/21 was 75 pages big and we plan to use as our punch list to correct minor fixes and also repair the bigger problems that were called out. Scott home inspection is so efficient in the way they deliver their service. The video tape of the sewer line was quickly digitally delivered along with in-depth details and great photos of all aspects of the inspection. I couldn't ask for a better inspection team
